We want to vent about what we love.

Tonitruale is an online platform for passionate people. We aim to give a legitimate platform to young people from all over the world and let their creativity roam free.

We want to write endless articles about that one time where we discovered our new favorite band in an underground bar. We want to write about what we felt when we watched an old Mugler runway show. We want to talk about the music that raised us. We want to scream our favorite lyrics out loud and post pictures of Stevie Nick's marvelous style. We want to hold people accountable and point out the flaws in both industries and we want to do it with humor and a journalistic approach.

ZARA AFTHAB

FASHION COLUMNIST

Zara is a wannabee fashion historian and freelance graphic designer who is constantly geeking out about 1830s fashion. When she's not dancing to the Mamma Mia soundtrack (seriously it's a problem) she's watching old Fran Lebowitz interviews and talking about her double Scorpio placement to everyone she meets! Her dream wardrobe consists of 90s Prada, Tom Ford era Gucci and tons of Simone Rocha, but she would possibly give it all away for a single costume from the 2020 film Emma.
